It's always more fun with everyone! This group training works for a team, improving the group's dynamic and health! Proper warm-up and recovery techniques to help with:
- Injury Rehabilitation
- Reducing Back Pain
- Mobility Training To Reduce Likeliness Of Pulls, Strains, Sprains From Office Lifestyle
Are practised before starting the challenging work out. Sessions will take place twice a week.
Progress is tracked, and continuous workouts can be provided with the NEW WWT app. App tracks progress, keeps a leader board & Prizes are given out to the monthly winners to fuel healthy competition.
Sessions to take place at a convenient location for the group (office gym or a rented studio)
