You're wanting to get serious about the gym but there seems to be some issues you face to motivate you....

Did you know the majority of your energy issues, headaches, tightness, and pain are directly related to your lack of "suppleness" (no tightness, pain free movement) in your neck and back? The constant tightness and indefinite demands of an "active" muscle group (tightness indicates constant stress and tension) causes local discomfort of the affected area and the close proximal body parts/systems are affected as well.

 

To avoid such issues, it's important you include a daily roll-out technique in your warm-ups to combat a lifestyle consequence of our sedentary lifestyles we lead today.
